Then read on!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Start work as an Administrative Assistant in Haarlem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an Administrative Assistant, you help people travel safely and in good health. You are responsible for updating and maintaining medical records and ensuring that incoming and outgoing correspondence (via email, telephone or chat) runs smoothly. You will also take on various administrative tasks, such as sending invoices and checking consultation hours, and you will contribute to the advice we give to our customers who are going on a trip. You will liaise with customers remotely, providing them with the right information and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This is what you will do:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Updating and supplementing medical records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answering customer enquiries via email, telephone and chat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending invoices and checking consultation hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing support in giving travel advice to customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do you get in return for your efforts?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A salary of \u20ac2,500 to \u20ac3,300 per month (based on a 40-hour week), commensurate with your knowledge and experience;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel allowance, pension scheme and 25 holidays (for a 40-hour working week);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On Thursdays, an hour of boxing with the team;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A beautiful workplace at our Haarlem office;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A friendly Friday afternoon drink and fun team outings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working in an enthusiastic team where your ideas are truly welcome.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We are looking for you when you...<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>are a strong communicator and engage with people enthusiastically;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Works with precision and discretion;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work both independently and as part of a team;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>place a high priority on quality and customer service;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able to provide a VOG;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are available for at least 16 hours a week (and must be available on Mondays,<br>Tuesday and\/or Friday).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Vaccination Point<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vaccinatiepunt is the go-to place for travellers who want to be well prepared for their journey.
