Then this position as Customer Service Team Leader at Vaccination Point in Haarlem is for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Getting started as a Customer Service Team Leader in Haarlem<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our customer service team. You will ensure that customers are served quickly, professionally and in a customer-friendly manner, while at the same time looking for ways to make processes smarter and more efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are not only a coach and point of contact for the team, but also an important link in the further growth of our organisation. You analyse processes, dive into systems and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
