Your options in the event of an unresolved complaint

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you have the option of taking further action through independent bodies.

Mediation

If you choose not to discuss your complaint directly with us, please contact Erisietsmisgaan.nl. This independent body provides support to resolve your dissatisfaction. Erisietsmisgaan.nl meets the requirements of the Care Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz).

What can Erisietsmisgaan.nl mean for you? They offer mediation in case of dissatisfaction or complaints about the provision of care, caregivers, or the organisation. You can easily submit your complaint via the website Erisietsmisgaan.nl/onvrede-melding.

Disputes committee

If mediation has not resulted in a mutually acceptable solution, you can refer the dispute to the independent dispute resolution committee of Erisietsmisgaan.nl. You have five years from the date of this notification to do so. The disputes committee affiliated to us, recognised by the CIBG under registration number CIBG / EGi 27349.2, will hear your case.
