Administrative Assistant in Haarlem (16–40 hours)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for our head office in Haarlem. In this role, you will help people travel safely and in good health by processing files

As an Administrative Assistant, you help people travel safely and in good health. You are responsible for updating and maintaining medical records and ensuring that incoming and outgoing correspondence (via email, telephone or chat) runs smoothly. You will also take on various administrative tasks, such as sending invoices and checking consultation hours, and you will contribute to the advice we give to our customers who are going on a trip. You will liaise with customers remotely, providing them with the right information and support.

This is what you will do:

  • Updating and supplementing medical records
  • Answering customer enquiries via email, telephone and chat
  • Sending invoices and checking consultation hours
  • Providing support in giving travel advice to customers

We are looking for you when you...

  • place a high priority on quality and customer service;
  • Be able to provide a VOG;
  • are available for at least 16 hours a week (and must be available on Mondays,
    Tuesday and/or Friday).
