Getting started as a Customer Service Team Leader in Haarlem

As Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our customer service team. You will ensure that customers are served quickly, professionally and in a customer-friendly manner, while at the same time looking for ways to make processes smarter and more efficient.

You are not only a coach and point of contact for the team, but also an important link in the further growth of our organisation. You analyse processes, dive into systems and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. You then ensure that these improvements are actually implemented.

You will work closely with various departments within Vaccination Point and actively contribute to an optimal customer journey.

This is what you will do

  • Managing, coaching and motivating the customer service team;
  • Monitor performance and monitor service quality;
  • Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities;
  • Optimising systems and thinking along with automation;
  • Picking up and implementing improvement projects;
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer journey;
  • Ensuring a good balance between customer satisfaction and commercial objectives.

  • Have HBO working and thinking level;
  • Have experience in a leadership role within customer service or similar environment;
  • Have an affinity for systems and enjoy figuring them out and improving them;
  • Gets energy from process optimisation and automation;
  • Be analytically strong and see opportunities to work more efficiently;
  • Be proactive and take initiative yourself;
  • Are strong in communication and can bring people along with changes;
  • Be available for at least 32 hours a week.
