Getting started as an HBO Nurse with LCR in Amsterdam
As an HBO nurse with LCR, you will be the first point of contact for travellers at our Amsterdam location. You will independently run consultation hours, advise on health risks and administer vaccinations according to current guidelines.
You work in an environment where there is constant movement: travellers from home and abroad preparing for their departure. This makes your work varied and energetic. Although you work independently, you are part of a professional medical team of doctors, nurses and medical support staff.
This is what you will do
- Independently conducting consultations for traveller vaccinations
- Administering vaccinations according to LCR guidelines
- Advising travellers on travel health and prevention
- Maintaining and processing medical records
- Answering medical and practical questions
- Ensuring a professional and customer-friendly experience

We are looking for you when you...
- Possess an HBO Nursing degree, have completed LCR training and are BIG-registered;
- Affinity with traveller vaccinations (experience would be a plus);
- Good ability to move quickly and cope with adhoc work;
- Customer-friendliness is important and puts people at ease;
- Work accurately, be discreet and able to work independently;
- Be able to provide a VOG;
- Be available 12-40 hours per week, by arrangement.
