This is how it works
Making an appointment is easy following the step-by-step plan below:
- Select one of our Vaccination point locations, which is convenient for you. Then choose a date and time for your appointment. At several locations, this is also possible in the evening and at weekends.
- Fill in your additional details right away. This includes your itinerary, health declaration and vaccination booklet (if you have one). You can also fill this in at a later time using the link in your confirmation e-mail. Make sure these details are completed no later than 36 hours in advance are known to us.
- Our medical team will review your details and compile a personalised advice. As soon as this is complete, you will receive an e-mail with your (provisional) vaccination advice. We are happy to receive your approval on this.
